INTRUCTIONS FOR SOAKING

• Add dried flowers into the bathtub during your goddess bath. Use it to exfoliate the body.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEA

• Add one teaspoon of flowers to a large pot of boiling water (300ml). Let it steep for 3 minutes to absorb the nutrients, flavor, and vibrant color. Strain the tea through a filter before serving.
